The Reef, Bournemouth

This project was a major development by Roxan Construction on which Gary Jones Associates carried out design of all the building services.  
 
This project was a new residential development of fifty-five superior apartments in Boscombe overlooking the beach. The development is named after the forthcoming first man-made Reef in UK waters and included five high quality duplex penthouses.  
 
Full detailed designs of all M&E services were carried out including;  
Heating  
Ventilation  
Water services  
Lighting  
Power  
Fire Alarms  
Intruder alarms  
Communal areas  
Utility liaison  
Internal and external drainage including rain water attenuation  
Dry risers  
Smoke ventilation  
Communal areas facilities
