Leigh Park Arts and Crafts Initiative

This new arts and craft centre was commissioned by Hampshire County Council due to the lack of such a facility in this deprived area.  
 
Individual workshop are available for use such as; pottery, wood working, metalwork, jewellery manufacture as well as painting and sculpture. There are also classrooms for group study and education.  
 
The design ethos was one of simplicity, robustness and security with the majority of building services systems exposed and fixed to surfaces.
