Hampshire House

Hampshire County Council appointed Gary Jones Associates Limited under their Partnering Contract as Building Services Engineers for 2 projects in this office building.  
 
The ground, first and second floors of this five storey office building have been refurbished under a fast track programme in 2007 following a similar project on the third floor in 2005.  
 
The works have incorporated the complete refurbishment of the floors in question including the provision of cooling for the first time (VRF 2 pipe & 3 pipe heat recovery systems), refurbished lighting and small power, replacement fire alarm and new IT systems.  
 
The accommodation comprises office accommodation and training facilities for the County Council’s Social Services Department.  
 
The building now affords a modern controlled interior to spaces which were previously tired with poor environmental conditions.
